The youngest player to win the South African Ladies Amateur Stroke Play and Match Play double and the first player in 101 years to win the South African Ladies Open title three times. Represented her country in the Women’s World Cup of Golf on three occasions while still an amateur. Turned professional the day after her 18th birthday and won the 2007 Catalonia Ladies Masters on her third event as a professional. At 18 years and 37 days, she became the youngest professional winner on the Ladies European Tour (South Korea’s Amy Yang won the 2006 ANZ Ladies Masters at a younger age as an amateur). Followed up with a second win on the LET un 2011. Enjoyed two victories on home soil in the South African Women’s Open in 2004 and 2007.
