Documentation / Regulations
The IGF Anti-Doping Policy is based on the World Anti-Doping Code and has been adapted to golf. Under the IGF Anti-Doping Programme, players are tested for banned substances and methods in accordance with the Prohibited List of the World Anti-Doping Code.
The World Anti-Doping Code is the core document that provides the framework for harmonized anti-doping policies, rules and regulations within sport organizations and among public authorities. It works in conjunction with International Standards aimed at bringing harmonization among anti-doping organizations in various areas: Testing & Investigations (ISTI), Laboratories (ISL), Therapeutic Use Exemptions (ISTUE), Protection of Privacy and Personal Information (ISPPPI), and the List of Prohibited Substances and Methods.
