LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND - Since the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the IGF has been fully supportive and in solidarity with our Ukrainian athletes. We empathise with the hardship and suffering that all Ukrainian athletes are experiencing due to this senseless war.

As the participation of neutral athletes with a Russian or Belarusian passport at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games has not been determined by the IOC, the IGF will not speculate on this nor consider our position for these Games until the IOC clarifies its own position following its consultation process.
