The group develops the key dates for the preparation of each venue, which includes venue construction, temporary structure installation, equipment and technology systems set-up. This group produces an output (also called the "VIG" ) which outlines the key milestones and timelines for the delivery of the venue. A draft version of the VIG for the Olympic Golf Course has been provided as an attachment for initial planning purposes only. Rio 2016 dates have been provided in line with "Venue Integration Group Version 8, updated as of May 2016”: these dates have been provided as a previous example: Tokyo 2020 will be required by the IOC to develop its own plans and will provide the updated VIG on a regular basis to the IGF to insure smooth circulation of information.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width="1/12"][vc_single_image image="12997" img_size="100x100"][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner css=".vc_custom_1497619900637{padding-top: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;}"][vc_column_inner width="11/12"][vc_column_text]Activities and dates for the Tokyo 2020 Games will be provided and monitored by Tokyo 2020 and the stakeholders concerned.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width="1/12"][vc_single_image image="12999" img_size="100x100"][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2" el_id="outer-box"][vc_column_text][xyz-ips snippet="previous-page"][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2" el_id="outer-box"][vc_column_text][xyz-ips snippet="next-page"][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
